1. About us
donasport.co.uk is run by DONA Sport (DONASPORT), Prittlewell House, 30 East Street, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 6LH, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can contact us at donaltd@hotmail.com.
These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before you order. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
2. Your order and our contract
- When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. This doesn't mean we've accepted it.
- Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock with our supplier, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we can't deliver to your address. If we do, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid in full.
3. Products
- We try to show products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens, and packaging may vary slightly.
- Sizes and size guides come from the manufacturers. Please check them before ordering.
- For personalised or printed items, please check your spelling, numbers and sizes carefully. We'll print exactly what you give us.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping policy.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. We use Shopify's secure checkout and don't see or store your full card details.
- If we discover a pricing error after you order, we'll contact you to ask if you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Discount codes and offers
- Discount codes and offers have their own conditions, such as minimum spend, dates and one use per customer. These are shown with the offer or at checkout.
- Unless an offer says otherwise, codes can't be exchanged for cash, and only one discount code can be used per order.
- We may withdraw an offer at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered to you or someone you name.
7. Cancelling, returns and faulty goods
You can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery, and you're protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty or not as described. Full details, including the exceptions for personalised and hygiene items, are in our Refund policy.
8. Our responsibility to you
- We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Our products are for domestic and private use.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
- Sports equipment such as goals and training gear must be assembled and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Goals must be properly secured.
9. Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption or severe weather. If this happens, we'll contact you, and you can cancel and get a refund for anything not yet delivered.
10. Using our website
Website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers, and you can't copy it for commercial use without permission. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Complaints
If you're not happy, please email donaltd@hotmail.com and we'll do our best to put things right.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on our website when you placed it.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
