Every item is supplied sealed in its original manufacturer packaging. We do not open, repack or decant anything. The products are not made by DONA Sport; DONA Sport puts the pack together for you.

Suggested use: a shake or a bar after a match or training session, and a ZERO tablet in 750ml of water.

Why protein? Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. Protein also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients: Water, Whole Milk, Skimmed Milk, Milk Protein Concentrate, Cocoa Powder, Salt, Stabilisers (Gellan Gum, Carrageenan), Flavourings, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrates), Sweeteners (Acesulfame K, Sucralose).
Allergens: Contains Milk.
26g protein and 182kcal per bottle. Low sugar. Suitable for vegetarians. UHT, no need to refrigerate before opening. Shake well. Once opened, keep refrigerated and drink within 12 hours. This is the same Grenade shake we sell on its own.

Ingredients: Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Firming Agent (Sorbitols), Magnesium Carbonate, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Natural Flavourings, Beetroot Concentrate, L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Calcium Carbonate, Sweetener (Sucralose), Black Carrot Concentrate, Leucine, Curcuma Powder, Green Tea Leaves Extract, Sodium Chloride.
Allergens: No allergens listed in the ingredients. Suitable for vegetarians.
Sugar-free. 1 tablet in 750ml of water. May contain traces of caffeine (less than 2mg per tablet) from the green tea extract.

Best before: every item is dispatched with at least 3 months remaining before its best-before date. Exact dates are printed on each item.
