Team Box (Squad of 16)

A squad box for coaches and team managers: enough for a 16-player squad on matchday. Eight tubes of sugar-free High5 ZERO electrolyte tablets (160 tablets in total), 24 isotonic energy gels and 12 Myprotein Layered protein bars. Caffeine-free (the ZERO tablets may contain traces of caffeine from green tea extract).

Suggested use: 1 ZERO tube per 2 players for the water bottles, gels before kick-off and at half-time, bars after the game. Coaches: check every player for allergies before handing out the bars (they contain milk and soya).

Why protein? Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. Protein also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

22g carbohydrate per gel. Isotonic, so it can be taken without water.
