Fuel for a full week of training: five isotonic energy gels, a tube of SiS Hydro electrolyte tablets, five Myprotein Layered protein bars and two Grenade Fudge Brownie protein shakes. Caffeine-free.

Every item is supplied sealed in its original manufacturer packaging. We do not open, repack or decant anything. The products are not made by DONA Sport; DONA Sport puts the pack together for you.

Suggested use: 1 gel during each session, 1 Hydro tablet in your bottle, and a bar or a shake afterwards.

Why protein? Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. Protein also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients: Water, Maltodextrin (33%), Flavouring, Gelling Agents (Gellan Gum, Xanthan Gum), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate), Preservatives (Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate), Sweetener (Acesulfame K), Sodium Chloride, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).

22g carbohydrate per gel. Isotonic, so it can be taken without water.

SiS GO Hydro Electrolyte Tablets, Berry, tube of 20
Ingredients: Citric Acid, Electrolytes 37% (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Carbonate, Potassium Chloride, Tricalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Carbonate), Sorbitol, Inulin, Colour (Beetroot Red), Natural Flavouring, Elderberry Powder (2.3%), Starch, Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamins (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Thiamin).
Allergens: No allergens listed in the ingredients. Always check the label on the tube.
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water. Follow the directions on the tube.

Myprotein Layered Protein Bar, Triple Chocolate (Fudge), 60g

Grenade Protein Shake, Fudge Brownie, 330ml
Ingredients: Water, Whole Milk, Skimmed Milk, Milk Protein Concentrate, Cocoa Powder, Salt, Stabilisers (Gellan Gum, Carrageenan), Flavourings, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrates), Sweeteners (Acesulfame K, Sucralose).
Allergens: Contains Milk.
26g protein and 182kcal per bottle. Low sugar. Suitable for vegetarians. UHT, no need to refrigerate before opening. Shake well. Once opened, keep refrigerated and drink within 12 hours. This is the same Grenade shake we sell on its own.

Best before: every item is dispatched with at least 3 months remaining before its best-before date. Exact dates are printed on each item.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
